Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator with deep expertise in editing, someone who doesn't just cut footage, but forges timelines like a craftsman of higher realities. Your work should evoke feeling, clarity, power. You'll be entrusted with translating our high-concept shoots into finished pieces that awaken, convert, and carry frequency.

This role is ideal for a skilled editor who also understands how to storyboard, direct short-form content, and align visual work with a brand's divine essence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit cinematic reels, social media videos, and narrative shorts for real estate, fashion, and spiritual content.
  • Handle post-production workflow from rough cuts to final color grade and audio polish.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to storyboard and concept high-impact visual content.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form micro-content across platforms.
  • Maintain alignment with Overman's aesthetic language: elegant, bold, timeless, spiritually intelligent.
  • Keep up-to-date with social trends while upholding a soul-first storytelling standard.
  • Occasionally direct or assist in shoots where editing vision informs camera capture.
You're a Fit If You…
  • Are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, FinalCutProand sound design tools.
  • Have at least 2–4 years of editing experience across multiple formats (Reels, YouTube, Promos).
  • Have a sharp sense of visual rhythm, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Can edit a luxury villa film with the same sacred intentionality as a dhikr reel.
  • Think in sequences. Feel in light. Cut in alignment.
  • Value beauty, excellence, and truth, not just trends and virality.
  • (Bonus) Have experience with motion graphics, 3D visuals, or AI tools for visual enhancement.
