Client Company Introduction:

Hiring Sr. Backend Developer for logistics tracking platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using PHP and Laravel (v10.x, v11.x, v12.x).
  • Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire.
  • Develop and integrate robust RESTful APIs for seamless data flow between frontend and backend.
  • Contribute to the architecture and development of our microservices-based platform.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Utilize Docker for local development, testing, and deployment environments — must-have skill.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a focus on PHP.
  • Expertise in Laravel (v10.x, v11.x, v12.x) or CodeIgniter.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend development using Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap CSS, Alpine.js, and Livewire.
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient in Docker for development and deployment.
  • Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • English language speaking is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with Git for version control.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools daily.

MUST-HAVE:

  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills across the full stack.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team.

Desired (Bonus) Skills:

  • Requirement gathering, PRD, and SFD creation skills.
  • Strong task management skills.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest).
