Job Identification

We are looking for a Master Data Associate to be part of our Sales Team at the Head Office in Lahore.

What We Expect

  • Create outlet, distribution, sampling, and personnel codes, ensuring all prerequisites such as outlet confirmation/rejection based on specific criteria, and inform the sales team of any missing information.
  • Maintain accuracy of master data within their assigned MDM domain by contacting retailers and utilizing contact center complaints data. Manage outlet fold according to supervisor guidelines. Update service frequency as recommended by RTM Executives for presellers and sales developers.
  • Update channel information through the sales team and report any changes; update outlet segments based on sales criteria.
  • Modify outlet master data upon request from the sales team and RTM executives, including outlet suppression/unsuppression following supervisor guidelines, sales hierarchy, or other classifications.
  • Manage distribution stock based on territory feedback, recent stock reports, and correct or missing stock issues.
  • Assign promotional codes to outlets in coordination with the RGM team for reporting and control purposes.
