Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.
  2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate product requirements into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile apps.
  3. Implement modern UI/UX designs and ensure consistency across different devices and screen sizes.
  4. Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  5. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for seamless functionality.
  6. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

  8. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in mobile development and proactively suggest improvements.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React Native.
  2. Proven experience in working with offshore clients and distributed teams.
  3. Hands-on experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
  4. Expertise in React Native core concepts, components, and lifecycle.
  5. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  6. Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, including navigation, state management, and performance optimization.
  7. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.
  8. Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling.
  9. Familiarity with mobile deployment processes for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
  10. Experience with native modules and bridging between native code and React Native.
  11. Knowledge of mobile build tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
  12. Hands-on experience with Expo and Bare Workflow.
  13. Expertise in implementing pixel-perfect UI/UX with responsive designs.
  14. Proficiency in debugging and performance profiling mobile apps.
  15. Strong understanding of App Store/Play Store guidelines and release processes.
  16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Experience with native mobile development (iOS - Swift/Objective-C, Android - Kotlin/Java).
  2. Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
  3. Exposure to mobile analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely).
