Sales Representative position within CloudRCM Solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a strong background in the medical billing and credentialing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to healthcare providers via cold calls, introducing our services, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings with our sales closers. This role demands excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build trust and interest among healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers to market our medical billing and credentialing services.
- Identify potential leads, initiate contact, and present value propositions tailored to providers' needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand provider pain points and propose relevant solutions.
- Schedule meetings between interested providers and our closing team.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up to ensure continued interest and conversion.
- Accurately record interaction details and updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to communicate with authority and confidence.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, lead generation, and appointments set.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cold calling within the medical billing or credentialing industry.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, terminology, and credentialing workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to develop rapport with healthcare professionals and gain their interest.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus.
- Prior experience working with physicians, clinics, or medical groups.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare system, payer requirements, and provider enrollment processes.
- Background in telesales, customer service, or lead generation in the healthcare space.
