Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and IoT-driven AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI/ML models while working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate them into production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, including deep learning architectures, reinforcement learning, and traditional ML techniques.
• Computer Vision & NLP: Work on projects involving image recognition, object detection, facial recognition, speech processing, and NLP applications.
• IoT & Sensory Data Processing: Implement AI-driven solutions for IoT applications, analyzing sensory data from connected devices.
• Data Engineering & Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data for ML model training and validation.
• Deployment & Integration: Deploy ML models into production using MLOps tools, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.
• AI Model Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor model performance, retrain, and fine-tune models as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into end-user applications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, technologies, and research papers to enhance Fusion Cortex's AI capabilities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of models, experiments, and technical workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and OpenCV.
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Expertise in ML algorithms, neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and optimization techniques.
• Computer Vision & NLP: Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, OCR, and NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face).
• Big Data & Databases: Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and distributed computing tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow.
• IoT & Sensory Programming: Knowledge of AI applications in IoT, working with sensor data, edge AI, and embedded AI solutions.
• Mathematical & Statistical Foundations: Strong understanding of probability, linear algebra, optimization, and statistics.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI solutions.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a passion for AI innovation.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs).
• Knowledge of robotics and autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity in AI/ML applications.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
