Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Growth & Partnership Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive scalability, strengthen business operations, and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing partnerships with NBFC-related organizations and key digital platforms such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Telemart, 1Link, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NBFCs and digital platforms to support business expansion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fintech service providers, telecom-based financial platforms, and other business enablers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and scalable growth strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and performance of partners.
  • Monitor and optimize vendor performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Present performance insights and growth strategies to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key business results and expansion of revenue streams.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4–5 years of experience in a managerial role within fintech, digital lending, telecom financial services, or related sectors.
  • Prior experience with partnerships involving platforms like Easypaisa, JazzCash, 1Link, and Credit Bureaus is a strong advantage.
Skills Required
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of NBFC operations and fintech ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Ability to align partnerships with strategic growth initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • 5+ years in business coordination with vendors and strategic partners
