Job Overview

Synergy Corporation is looking for a motivated and safety-conscious Junior Electrician / Technician to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a DAE in Electrical to gain hands-on experience in panel assembly, cabling, and Genset-related electrical work under professional supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Basic understanding of electrical tools and their applications
  • Assist in panel assembling, block making, and plate/box coupling
  • Support in load bank connection/disconnection to Gensets
  • Fabrication of wire harnesses, power cabling, battery leads, and earthing cables
  • Learn and assist in drilling and grinding operations as per task requirements
  • Follow company safety protocols and electrical safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to complete assigned tasks
Qualifications & Skills
  • DAE (Electrical) is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of hands-on or internship experience in electrical/mechanical assembly (freshers can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools
  • Strong learning attitude and teamwork skills
  • Awareness of safety practices in a workshop or plant setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
