Job Title: Sales Lead, SALX Energy

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (with frequent travel to GCC markets)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Based in Pakistan and expanding into the Middle East, we deliver turnkey projects for industrial, commercial, and utility-scale clients. Role Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Lead to build and lead our sales organization. You will craft and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting industrial and commercial customers in Pakistan and the GCC, with a special focus on BESS projects. This is a high-impact role: you'll own the end-to-end sales cycle—from market mapping and pipeline generation to proposal negotiation and contract close.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in solar EPC, energy storage, or industrial solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling to industrial or commercial enterprises, preferably in Pakistan and/or GCC.
  • Strong network and understanding of GCC tender processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional consultative-selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Tech-savvy: experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal-management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Urdu proficiency a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 40%).
