We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

In this role, you will:

  1. Work with Product Owners and DevOps teams as an Engineering Lead, responsible for the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of a set of products.
  2. Ensure that the lead time to deploy changes is continuously improving, working with the product owner and team, and benchmarks appropriately across other functions within the DevOps team.
  3. Manage the Engineering Delivery Pods and support building a high-performance team through training, mentoring, and coaching to enhance technical abilities and foster a learning culture with a growth mindset.
  4. Ensure compliance of products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives in the risk and control framework, and technical standards, collaborating with the architecture function to implement business imperatives.
  5. Work with the product owner and team to maintain and improve service levels.
  6. Manage the cost base for products and services in line with controls, with experience in working with Appian and ServiceNow digital platforms.
  7. Develop strategies to identify issues and gaps related to applications, change management practices, governance on Appian and ServiceNow platforms.
