We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that enhance our products and solutions. You will work in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to grow and make a significant impact in the field of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models in real-world applications.
  • Improve and optimize existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand requirements, and implement AI solutions.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and AI technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks for machine learning model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support machine learning workflows.
  • Document processes and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI model development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries like SpaCy, Gensim, or transformers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI Framework such as Langchain, Langgraph, Llama index,etc (Would be a Plus point).
  • Knowledge of model deployment techniques and tools (FastAPI, Python asyncio).
  • Experience with model fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for specific use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
