A small to medium-sized dairy farm located in Mirpur Sakro, District Thatta (Sindh), is seeking to hire a Farm Manager / Veterinary Farm Assistant. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring timely milking rounds in the morning and afternoon, maintaining efficiency and animal health.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards on the farm.
• Overseeing all aspects of farm operations and finances.
• Managing animal feed procurement and storage.
• Keeping detailed records of milking, vaccination, feed stock, breeding, production, expenditures, and sales, both in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Overseeing reproductive strategies and farm growth.
• Ensuring daily milk supply meets quality standards, including proper chilling and temperature control.
• Managing farm staff and being responsible for all activities on the farm.

The farm is located at Ladhiya, Tehsil Mirpur Sakro, approximately 70 km from Karachi airport. On-site accommodation is provided.

Requirements: Applicants must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Applications not meeting these criteria will be disregarded.

Knowledge in dairy farming, veterinary care, milking, reproduction, husbandry, vaccinations, herd management, farm hygiene, basic financial and operational record-keeping, and dairy farm management.
