Role Description

We're seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Generalist who will have the freedom to craft and implement HR policies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our HR strategy, driving change, and ensuring that our policies align with both our values and business goals. You'll have the autonomy to propose new initiatives and implement policies that truly make a difference as we grow.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work closely with senior management in formulating, refining, and executing HR policies that drive both employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to continually refine and improve policies regarding recruitment, performance, compensation, benefits, workplace conduct and inclusion.
  • Effectively communicate new policies and changes to employees and managers.
  • Support the resolution of employee disputes or concerns related to HR policies and ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of HRMS, HR policies and evaluate their effectiveness, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Perform day to day HR operations like processing payroll, managing attendance & leave records, maintaining employee records, addressing employee grievances.
