SkyfiDigital | Meta Ads Performance Marketing Specialist

Location:I.I.ChundrigarRoad, Karachi | Type: Full-Time | Compensation: Up to PKR 100,000 (depending on experience)

SkyfiDigital is a data-driven performance marketing agency dedicated to helping ecommerce brands scale profitably. We specialize exclusively in Meta Ads, using data and creativity to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:


•Develop data-backed creative strategies tailored to ecommerce brands and buyer psychology.


•Translate insights into creative briefs for designers that result in scroll-stopping ads.


•Test multiple hooks, angles, and formats to discover winning creatives.

Ad Copywriting & Messaging


•Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and headlines aligned with each stage of the funnel (TOF, MOF,BOF).


•Craft high-performing CTAs and test variations based on performance data.

Campaign Setup & Optimization


•Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns using best practices in campaign structure, budgeting, and audience segmentation.


•Monitor performance daily, analyze data, and iterate rapidly to hit ROAS and CPA goals.


•Work closely with the website/landing page team to create pages optimized for conversions.


•Ensure ad-to-landing-page messaging and visual consistency to reduce drop-offs.

Performance Reporting


•Track KPIs and prepare actionable reports on campaign success and opportunities.


•Use data to inform creative direction, targeting, and scaling decisions.

Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing isrequired.


•1-2 years running performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), preferably for ecommerce brands.


•Strong grasp of direct response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative testing.


•Proven ability to write high-performing ad copy.


•Experience working with design teams to produce conversion-focused creatives.


•Understanding of CRO principles and how to influence landing page performance.


•Comfortable with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR.


•Bonus: Familiarity with tools like GA4 or Google looker studio.
