Transform Customer Experience

We are looking for exceptional French Speakers who can elevate customer engagement and drive positive change. When customers face challenges, we need your phenomenal speaking skills to step in and make a difference.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.
  2. Relationship Building: Collaborate with customers to strengthen service competitiveness and foster long-term relationships.
  3. Issue Resolution: Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.
Job Specification

O/A Level / Intermediate or above.

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in French & English Language.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
