Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our team in Gujranwala. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our innovative mobile applications. You'll be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from conceptualizing and creating stunning visual designs and mockups to ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX). A solid understanding of front-end considerations is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into exceptional designs.
  • Ensure design consistency across various platforms and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the mobile app industry.
  • Present and articulate design rationale to internal teams.
Qualifications
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, UI design, and UX principles, specifically for mobile applications. (Please include a link to your online portfolio in your application.)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies, including user research, information architecture, and usability testing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong sense of creativity.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile app design guidelines (iOS and Android).
  • Up-to-date with current market trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX and mobile app design.
