This is a full-time hybrid role for a Printer Technician based in Rawalpindi with some work from home acceptable. The Printer Technician will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting printer issues, maintaining printers, and providing technical support for desktop computers and printers. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, performing regular maintenance on printers, and assisting customers with technical problems related to their desktop computers and printers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Printer Support, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
• Experience with Printers and Desktop Computers
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the technology or IT support industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or diploma in a related field
