Role Overview

We are looking to hire a motivated and experiencedSales Executivewith 2–3 years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity or IT security-related solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and closing deals across various sectors, including enterprise, public, and regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders
  • Promote and sell cybersecurity services including Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, GRC services, and Managed Security
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions in coordination with the technical team
  • Prepare sales proposals, RFP responses, and commercial documents
  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and Catalyic's offerings

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven sales experiencein cybersecurity, IT security, or related domains (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and basic proposal preparation

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in a cybersecurity services company or MSSP
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.
  • Existing client base or network in enterprise or public sector would be a plus
