Compensation: PKR 250K – 300K per month plus commission in US dollars

Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US hours)

Location: Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows how to drive results If you have a proven track record with US-based clients and can lead a dynamic team to exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

You'll spearhead our efforts to sell medical devices, build strong client relationships, and send product samples to spark new leads. You'll generate leads, leverage HubSpot to manage your pipeline, and close deals like a pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell medical devices to US healthcare providers
  • Generate leads by sending product samples and following up strategically
  • Use HubSpot to track, manage, and nurture leads through to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Lead and motivate your sales team to exceed sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with US-based clients (experience in healthcare/medical devices is a HUGE plus)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • A go-getter attitude to generate leads and close deals
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Team leadership skills to drive and boost sales
