Job Opportunity: Sales Executive (Cold Calling & Emailing) – Evening Shift (Onsite)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Company: Starcean Solution

Timings: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM | Monday to Saturday (Onsite)

Salary:

  • PKR 25,000/month (If no client is closed in a month)
  • PKR 40,000/month (If at least 1 client is closed)
About Us:

Starcean Solution is a fast-growing digital marketing agency providing web development, SEO, social media marketing, branding, and lead generation services. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to help us grow by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and emailing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Explain our digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain a CRM with call logs, email activity, and lead status.
  • Meet monthly closing targets with a strong focus on quality leads.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing or IT sector.
  • Strong closing skills – must be able to confidently close deals.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, web development, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, email outreach tools, and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to working onsite.
