Reports To: Engagement Manager / Practice Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking high-potential, motivated individuals to join our consulting team as Associate Consultants. In this role, you will provide hands-on support across client engagements, primarily within the areas of Strategy, Change Management, Leadership Development, and HR. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects with leading organizations across industries and geographies.
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, designing client solutions, preparing high-quality deliverables, and engaging with client teams. The role combines strategic thinking, research and analysis, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You will also gain exposure to cutting-edge methodologies and contribute to the design and delivery of transformation programs that drive organizational growth and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Project Support
- Support diagnostics, research, and analysis for consulting engagements in the areas of Strategy, Change Management, Leadership Development, and HR.
- Conduct benchmarking, interviews, and surveys to collect relevant data.
- Translate insights into structured deliverables such as presentations, reports, dashboards, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to co-create solutions tailored to client needs.
2. Solution Design & Development
- Assist in the development of strategic frameworks, transformation roadmaps, leadership development journeys, and HR operating models.
- Contribute to the design of Leadership Development Journeys, Talent Assessments, Competency Models, and Employee Value Propositions.
- Use tools and methodologies such as the 7i Methodology, Change Readiness Models, Culture Assessments, and Strategy Canvases.
3. Research, Analysis & Insights Generation
- Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, literature reviews, and case study reviews.
- Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging practices in strategy, change, leadership, and organizational development.
- Support the creation of thought leadership, white papers, and client-ready insights.
4. Report, Proposal & Recommendation Writing
- Draft and refine consulting reports, executive summaries, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop clear, compelling, and insight-rich documents for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure logical structuring, strong evidence base, and persuasive recommendations in all deliverables.
5. Workshop & Event Support
- Assist in the design and facilitation of workshops, focus groups, training sessions, and leadership retreats.
- Develop engaging pre-reads, workbooks, toolkits, and visual materials.
- Capture and synthesize outputs to feed into strategic recommendations and action plans.
6. Internal Practice Development
- Contribute to the ongoing development of consulting methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Assist with business development efforts such as proposal writing, pitch decks, and capability presentations.
- Help maintain knowledge assets, project archives, and insight libraries for internal use.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, research, strategy, human capital, or a related field is required; more experience is a plus.
- Experience in client project delivery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar tools is critical.
- Strong research and analytical skills are essential.
- Skilled in report writing, proposal development, and crafting insightful recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Exposure to data analysis, survey tools, and visualization platforms is an advantage.
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in high-performing teams.
