SaaS Product Marketing Operations Specialist

- Assist Product Marketing Managers in planning and executing GTM campaigns for product launches, updates, and feature announcements.
- Set up, test, and optimize marketing workflows, email campaigns, and landing pages using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Support localization and version control of marketing assets for global rollout.
- Campaign Execution & Enablement: Assist in planning and executing GTM campaigns, and support localization of assets.
- Marketing Operations & Tool Management: Manage integrations between marketing platforms, maintain databases, and ensure asset accessibility.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics, develop dashboards, and collaborate on user behavior analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and coordinate campaigns.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in SaaS.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, product analytics platforms, and lifecycle marketing tactics.
- Understanding of compliance-centric industries (AML/KYC, RegTech, Fintech).
