Job Summary: Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments. Experience of SAP B1 administrative functional knowledge. SQL Server knowledge required. Hardware network server management.

About The Role:

  1. Day-to-day support to SAP B1 users.
  2. Coordinate with SAP B1 consultant/partners.
  3. SAP B1 user creation, license management/deployment.
  4. Add-on installation on server and users.
  5. Add-on testing of SAP B1 configuration/changes.
  6. On a daily basis Online backup, data backup, veem backup.
  7. SQL Server backup/restore.
  8. Hardware, Network, Servers (Tower).
  9. Firewall (Sophos), security, UPS, CCTV management.
  10. Multiple offices/branches/port handling with IT infrastructure.
  11. Internet lease line, P2P, modem configuration, Wi-Fi knowledge.
  12. Video Conferencing, Hardware & network procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
  13. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
  14. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  15. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  16. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
