Job Summary:

Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and experienced DM Warehouse to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of goods and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to optimize workflow and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  2. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols
  3. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, manage reordering, and conduct regular audits
  4. Coordinate the distribution of products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and optimizing delivery schedules
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities and maintain cleanliness and organization
  6. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions actively
  7. Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products
  8. Prepare reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational issues for senior management.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  3. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
  5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
