INVEREX Authorized Dealership in Jhelum is hiring a Sales Executive who is passionate about renewable energy and driven to meet and exceed sales goals. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within the booming solar industry while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome and guide walk-in clients; explain INVEREX solar products (inverters, batteries, solar panels) clearly and effectively

Sales Generation: Meet and surpass monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and customer handling

Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations and showcase solar systems to potential customers

Market Awareness: Stay informed on the latest solar technology trends, competitive offerings, and government incentives

Lead Management: Maintain and nurture a lead database through follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits

After-Sales Support: Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate daily sales logs and submit weekly progress updates to management

Requirements:

Education: Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent (diploma or degree in sales or electrical/electronics is a plus)

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply

Languages: Proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi (English is a bonus)

Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of solar systems (training will be provided)

Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Self-motivated and enthusiastic

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: PKR 25000 per month

Commission: Generous commission on every sale (uncapped earning potential)
