We're looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist with a strong grasp of social strategy — especially on Instagram — who can combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights. If you're passionate about creating native content, building communities, and shaping the future of social media, this role is for you.

As an experienced strategist and content creator, you'll lead Instagram-first initiatives designed to boost engagement, brand awareness, influencer marketing, affiliate growth, and community building. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager, creative team, PR, and marketing partners to bring bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Instagram-first initiatives to boost engagement, brand awareness, influencer marketing, affiliate growth, and community building.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, creative team, PR, and marketing partners to execute bold ideas.
  • Develop native content and a data-driven social strategy to grow presence and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in using social media management tools
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
