The Manager of Digital Learning & Design at Riphah International University is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning initiatives across the university. This role ensures the integration of cutting-edge instructional design methodologies, digital tools, and emerging educational technologies to enhance the learning experience for students and faculty. The position requires a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and project management, along with leadership skills to drive digital transformation in education.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the Digital Learning Strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies.
- Digital Learning Development & Implementation: Oversee the design and development of digital courses, e-learning content, and interactive modules. Collaborate with faculty members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform traditional course content into engaging digital learning experiences.
- Technology & Platform Management: Oversee the management, administration, and optimization of the digital learning platforms.
- Training & Faculty Development: Develop and implement training programs for faculty and staff on best practices in online and blended learning. Provide ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
- Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives, including student engagement, learning outcomes, and faculty adoption rates. Analyze learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with faculty, administrators, and IT teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively in a dynamic university environment.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the related field. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
