  1. Develop and optimize affiliate strategy.
  2. Monitor performance for alignment.
  3. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners.
  4. Teach affiliates their work.
  5. Provide promo codes and links.
  6. Facilitate onboarding with resources.
  7. Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates.
  8. Handle social media (FB, Instagram, TikTok).
  9. Address affiliate inquiries promptly.
  10. Design and manage competitive structures.
  11. Ensure accurate payments.
  12. Report to Senior Affiliate Manager.
  13. Provide marketing materials.
  14. Generate regular reports.

Job Specification

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Affiliate management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
