About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use): 10

The Team: Documents Data Stewardship focuses on our Documents sourcing strategy, responsible for an efficient document lifecycle, including vendor and source management, governance of documents, and the metadata required for MI. This includes offering various solutions to document needs across divisions while acting as a liaison between our products, clients, technology, legal, and data operations groups.

The Impact: As part of the Data Stewardship Team, you will serve as the data lead and subject matter expert, leading, driving, and participating in key initiatives to support our Sourcing Strategy, Document Platform Projects, and other Document projects leading to content efficiencies, vendor management, and customer-first initiatives.

Exposure to different domain stakeholders across divisions including S1, SPDJI, Kensho, Ratings, etc., for Document needs. Opportunity to participate and contribute to Integration Projects with IHS and innovate through timely and automated source techniques, Data Science models, Gen AI, etc.

You can contribute to ROI by partnering on Vendor Management, with room for career growth as part of the content management organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with third-party vendors and internal technology teams to design document ingestion, quality improvement, and front-end feeding processes.
2. Perform R&D exercises to support strategic initiatives at Documents Data Management and curation projects, delivering on the Documents Platform Roadmap.
3. Understand the dataset and downstream workflow and applications, including CIQ sourcing tools and applications.
4. Deliver resolutions to client queries from the Data Stewardship side to assist the Client Support team.
5. Work with operations leadership to suggest and approve policies around document collection and ingestion for strategic initiatives/projects.
6. Support the Operations team in a consultative capacity on critical client cases, root cause analysis, audit prioritization, lean projects, automation POCs & UAT.
7. Work closely with Documents scrum teams, providing documentation and refining work items.
8. Adopt Gen AI to improve processes and end-to-end delivery.

What We're Looking For:

1. 10+ years of relevant experience.
2. Prior work experience in Filings and Sourcing domains.
3. Subject matter expertise in Documents databases, systems, tools, and applications.
4. Proficiency with advanced Excel and SQL including Plugins.
5. Strong understanding of platforms and systems (MI Platform, CIQ Platform, CTS, CDRM, Doc repository, etc.).
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
7. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines.
8. Effective problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively across segments to handle stakeholder requirements.
10. Initiative with a high sense of urgency and focus on client delivery.
11. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with relational database concepts.
