Position: Global Graduate Leaf in Mardan at Pakistan Tobacco Company

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Playing a core role in Operations with cross-functional attachments to develop as a well-rounded business leader.
2. Building leadership skills through various development opportunities and training programs.
3. Participating in global cross-market projects under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor to make an impact on our international business.
4. Attending the global Graduate Academy in London, engaging with senior leaders, trainers from around the globe, and expanding your professional network.

What are we looking for?

1. Recent graduate or with up to 1.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or Bio Sciences.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.
3. Result-oriented, intuitive, and an innovative problem solver.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, organized and structured.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
6. Strong analytical skills.
