Education, Experience & Skills
  • Diploma is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Effectively communicating with team members to meet KPIs, ensure safety, and maintain smooth operations on the production floor.
  • Proficiency in technical and mechanical aspects, as well as strong problem-solving skills, are required to efficiently operate and maintain machinery, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency and reduced downtime.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety of the area and ZAP reporting.
  • Keep up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance and other records on daily basis for Injection Packing line.
  • Suggest and implement measures to improve machine efficiency.
  • Ensure all production floor's KPIs are being maintained and met, e.g., adherence to daily OEE targets and conformance to daily plans.
  • Ensure GMP (proper labeling, IPC, etc.) and EHS (Zero access, LOTO, etc.) compliance during operation.
  • Ensure cost-efficient operation, right first-time, minimizing changeovers, and avoiding wastages.
  • Maintain complete records for the respective machine, e.g., daily working logbooks, maintenance records, cleaning and changeover records.
  • Ensure data integrity compliance and improve DI control (ALCOA principles) at line.
  • Ensure all area-related end-to-end production SAP transactions are punched timely.
