Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on people management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. This role will ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives and foster a productive, compliant, and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit management.

  • Build and nurture a collaborative and healthy workplace culture.

  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and effective resolution strategies.

  • Act as the primary mediator for resolving employee conflicts and grievances.

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with Pakistani labor laws.

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and recommend improvements.

  • Organize employee development programs to build leadership and soft skills.

  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for leadership decision-making.

  • Advise management on people-related issues, risk management, and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in IT, software houses, or digital marketing agencies.

  • Strong expertise in people management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sound knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting technical profiles (MERN Stack, Laravel Developers, SEO specialists, etc.)

  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP).
