Overview

Associate Account Executive (AE) will play a crucial role in the sales team of CodeNinja. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are looking to start their careers in sales, account management, or client relations. The AE is responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Support the sales team in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
Sales Support
  • Collaborate with team to develop sales strategies and proposals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings
Account Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in the HubSpot CRM
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics for account reviews
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance client experience
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and client engagement

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Experience
  • Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required
