Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Khanpur. As a part-time employee, you will work closely with our architects and project managers to design and develop various architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand project requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using 2D and 3D software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
