We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Operations & Support Executive. In this role, you will assist in the smooth running of our daily office tasks, support operations teams, and help improve business processes. You don't need a specific degree — we are looking for people with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge, who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily business operations and coordination between departments.
  • Use computer systems (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) to manage data and reports.
  • Support the team with project coordination, task follow-ups, and general administration.
  • Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal use.
  • Work with the team to solve problems, improve processes, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Learn about compliance and help ensure company policies are followed.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors and partners when required.
  • Contribute ideas for improving how we work.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, online tools).
  • Willingness to learn new things and adapt to change.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; previous internship or office experience is a bonus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible Shifts (UK Banking Hours)
  • 48 hours per week
  • Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
