Responsibilities

  1. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations and demonstrations that showcase the product's strengths, capabilities, and benefits, specifically highlighting machine learning functionalities and advantages.
  2. Solution Architecture Design: Architect and design solutions that meet client requirements, incorporating cloud computing and machine learning technologies to provide innovative and efficient solutions.
  3. RFP Responses and Budgeting: Analyze and respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive solutions that include technical specifications, budget estimates, and cost models, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
  4. Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Lead and manage proof of concept projects to demonstrate the technical feasibility and business value of proposed solutions, particularly in scenarios involving complex machine learning applications.
  5. Cloud and Machine Learning Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of cloud services and machine learning algorithms and technologies to advocate and design cutting-edge solutions for clients.
  6. Research and Development (R&D): Engage in ongoing R&D to stay at the forefront of cloud and machine learning technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance product offerings and customer solutions.
  7. Technical Support and Consultation: Provide expert technical support and consultation throughout the sales process, addressing any technical challenges and ensuring customer confidence in the proposed solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in presales engineering or technical sales roles, with a focus on data architecture, data management, or related areas.
  3. Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration technologies, including databases, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and BI/analytics tools.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable data architecture solutions.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  7. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with modern data architecture patterns and best practices is highly desirable.
  8. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
