Job Description:
Currently, we are in the hiring process for potential as well as self-motivated individuals to apply for the position of BPO Call Center Representatives. In this capacity, you will be called upon to ensure that the clients receive the best care they deserve. You will be receiving calls both incoming and outgoing, to attend to your clients' concerns, address their concerns and ensure they are satisfied.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ideally, the candidate should have previous work experience in a call center or as a customer service representative.
  3. Proficient in communication skills, especially in terms of verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Capability to pay close attention to details and possess good analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
  6. Computer operation and ability to work simultaneously on different tasks.
  7. Freshers can apply.
