Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, based on Project Management principles and best practices.
  2. Ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
  3. Pro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify risks and devise contingency plans.
  4. Communicate with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear fashion; delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
  5. Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  6. Assist the test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
  7. Ability to multi-task and use innovative management techniques.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
  9. Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  10. Perform the final quality check and sign-off for all project deliverables.
  11. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
  12. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  13. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  14. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  15. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  16. Develop and deliver progress reports.
Job Specification
  1. Must be a technology lover.
  2. Must have concepts of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
  3. Proven communication skills; excellent written and spoken English.
  4. Highly self-motivated individual with strong commitment to meet deadlines and ability to work independently.
  5. Soft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation and conflict management.
  6. Must have hands-on experience with tools like Basecamp, MS Project, etc.
  7. Candidates having Bachelor's degree with MIS Majors will be preferred.
  8. Candidates with basic knowledge of System architecture and Database design will be preferred.
