Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Content Creator – YouTube & Social Media (Reels & Shorts). The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content for our YouTube channel and social media platforms, particularly focusing on Reels and Shorts. Day-to-day tasks include ideating, shooting, editing videos, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team for campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends.


• Record short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) in a studio or on location


• Edit videos creatively using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or InShot


• Publish content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp


• Manage weekly content calendars and optimize posting times


• Add captions, trending sounds, hooks, and hashtags


• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements


• Collaborate with design, PR, and product teams for creative storytelling


• Skilled in filming with DSLR/mobile (lighting, audio, framing)


• Pro at editing vertical video content (especially for Reels/Shorts)


• Up to date with viral trends and social media formats


• Organized and deadline-driven


• Basic knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok dashboard is a plus


• Previous experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content is a big bonus
