Media Specialist

Location: Project Near Nokkundi chagai Balochistan

Education:

• Bachelor in Advertisement, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years relevant experience in Media, Journalism, News Writing, Editing, Mass Communication or a related field; Proven track record with Dawn or Jang, Balochistan Express etc is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Making and implementing strategic communication plans and media relations strategies
• Producing high-quality press releases, statements, and briefing materials
• Planning and coordinating promotional events, press conferences, and other media events
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and other members of the media
• Responding to media inquiries and arranging interviews with key individuals within the organization
• Establishing a media/communication team and working mechanism with the company and providing training for the team
• Crisis management, responding to negative press and managing the company reputation during times of crisis;
  Develop training materials or conduct workshops to enhance employees wring/editing/communication skills and understanding of the company brand and message.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and [local language];
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating and editing quality content, conveying information in a clear and concise manner, and interacting with various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with media contacts, stakeholders, clients and team members.
• Ability to use different types of media editing software to create, edit, and publish content across multiple media channels.

Age:

• The candidate should be preferably not more than 45 years of age.
