Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Trainee for our Sales - Institution department, to be based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Project "Tender Business Process" overseeing day-to-day operations and process.
  • Efficiently utilize resources, including current KAM/KAE, to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
  • Coordination between the team and all stakeholders, Jamshoro, CMO and SC
  • Support the implementation printed stocks collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain and distributors.
  • Establish a helpline (Customer Connect) for time bound orders, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness in the institutions
  • Analyse tender/Institution performance metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Demand Planning, CMO, and Jamshoro to identify and address project-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on new requirement of tender in technical and financial documentation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D)
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Project coordination and time-management skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Urdu and English languages is required
  • Updated CV clearly mentioning your Degree Name, Field of Study/Specialization, Year of Graduation Completion, Final CGPA/Percentage and City of Residence.
  • Availability to join from August 2025.
