Experience: 02 to 03 years in Sales & Marketing

Location: Islamabad

Full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed market analysis across multiple business domains.
  2. Gather data on potential clients for visits and pitches.
  3. Scrutinize firms/companies related to our business domain.
  4. Schedule client visits for productive meetings.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments to stay updated on market trends.
  6. Provide suggestions and ideas for new marketing strategies.
  7. Maintain records of market visits, correspondence, and documentation.
  8. Resolve marketing-related issues internally and externally.
  9. Follow up with clients regularly regarding new products and services.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business.
  11. Create, build, and sustain warm client relationships through calls and meetings.
  12. Prepare RFQs, bids, quotes, and official correspondence with clients.
  13. Coordinate with internal departments for prompt responses to sales inquiries.
  14. Follow up after bid/RFQ/quote submissions.
  15. Prepare weekly reports on marketing visits and leads.
  16. Utilize multiple marketing channels such as social media, print media, and PR.
  17. Participate in seminars and exhibitions related to telecom and power sectors to stay updated.
  18. Provide after-sale support to foster healthy client relationships.
