We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of software development projects. The role involves managing remote development teams, coordinating with business development units, ensuring timely execution of client projects, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously primarily in web and mobile development, SaaS, AI tools, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to understand project scope and timelines
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams (developers, designers, QA)
  • Create and maintain project documentation, sprint plans, and task assignments
  • Use project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) to track progress
  • Manage developers working on commission-based or remote setups
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all project milestones
  • Conduct technical discussions with developers to monitor challenges and provide direction
  • Hold regular client update meetings and internal team stand-ups
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project
  • Ensure all client feedback is captured and implemented in development cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with remote and commission-based developers
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Jira, Figma, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with international clients
  • Understanding of AdTech, ASO, UI/UX, and AI-based product teams
  • Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
