This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role is primarily based in Karachi South District, but some work from home is acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads and identifying potential clients.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on property trends and values.
  • Developing marketing strategies to attract clients and promote properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
