We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning) with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team on-site. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in machine learning, data processing, and model development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced machine learning pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to tackle complex, real-world challenges.

Responsibilities and Skillset:

  1. Develop and implement end-to-end pipelines for data processing, model building, training, and optimization.
  2. Deploy ML services & LLM-based services on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability & efficiency.
  3. Work with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Langchain, and Hugging-Face.
  4. Apply strong programming skills in Python to build and optimize machine learning models.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to machine learning models and processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in ML engineering or related roles.
  3. Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models and implementing end-to-end pipelines.
  4. Proficiency in Python (MUST) with a focus on problem-solving.

Good to Have:

  1. Familiarity with cloud platforms and expertise in deploying ML services & LLM-based services.
  2. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  3. Knowledge of backend frameworks like Flask or Django for API development.
  4. Familiar with LLMs, Deep Learning Techniques & ML algorithms.
