Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT and BPO services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Experience with successful campaigns of B2B sales.
  2. Uncover new sales opportunities by evaluating businesses and trends.
  3. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  4. Schedule business meetings with potential clients.
  5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through emails and networking.
  6. Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints and objections.
  7. Collaborate with team members to efficiently meet client requirements.
  8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3+ years proven experience in international sales as a sales executive.
  2. Proven record of meeting sales targets.
  3. Good understanding of USA market dynamics and trends.
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, with technological proficiency and organization skills.
  5. Hands-on experience with interview formats such as Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM, databases, analysis, and project management techniques.
  7. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
  8. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Successful track record throughout the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  11. Strong team coordination abilities.
  12. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  13. Proven success rate exceeding sales KPIs.
  14. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
