Job Title: Quality Assurance & Project Manager
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
  1. Create and deliver high-quality 2D animations, illustrations, and motion graphics for diverse projects.
  2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop storyboards, concepts, and visual styles.
  3. Design characters, environments, and UI animations in line with project vision and style.
  4. Conduct QA reviews on animation sequences to ensure quality, continuity, and consistency.
  5. Manage and track animation tasks using project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
  6. Coordinate timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
  7. Communicate with cross-functional teams to manage client feedback and revisions effectively.
  8. Maintain and update production documentation, including task checklists and version logs.
  9. Assist in editing and polishing animation files, ensuring technical compatibility.
  10. Adapt to different animation styles and workflows based on client or internal requirements.
  11. Monitor project progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to improve team efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in 2D animation, preferably in a fast-paced studio environment.
  2. Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools).
  3. Basic familiarity with QA processes and project management methodologies.
  4. Strong grasp of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling.
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  6. A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  7. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently.
  8. Experience with project tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Jira is a plus.
  9. Bonus: Knowledge of video editing software or basic sound design tools.
