Role Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing tech team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing digital experiences — spanning web platforms, mobile apps, and graphic design assets.

You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to take projects from idea to execution. Your designs will shape the way users experience the brands and products we build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android)
  • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes
  • Design high-fidelity mockups using Figma with well-organized components
  • Translate product requirements into elegant, functional user experiences
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Design marketing assets, social media creatives, landing pages, and visuals
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
  • Stay updated on modern design trends, usability standards, and UI/UX best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, and graphic design work
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Sketch
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Familiarity with UX research, persona development, and A/B testing
  • Experience working in agile product teams and using tools like Jira or Clickup.
  • Great attention to detail, excellent typography, spacing, and visual balance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly

Good To have

  • Familiarity with motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Principle)
  • Experience working with bilingual or RTL interfaces (Arabic/English)
