Senior Outbound Sales Representative (AI Product Lead Generation)

About the Role:

We're a fast-growing AI startup launching an innovative product and need an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to drive lead generation. You'll be responsible for cold-calling U.S. businesses, pitching our AI solution, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to U.S. businesses, introducing our AI product.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and handle objections effectively.
  • Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with high-potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing/sales to refine messaging based on prospect feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation (tech/AI industry preferred).
  • Exceptional English communication/persuasion skills (neutral accent preferred for U.S. calls).
  • Strong resilience and persistence—comfortable with rejection and high call volumes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours (flexible shifts may apply).
  • Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
