Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Multan

Are you a talented and experienced Chef with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes? We are seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Multan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will ensure that our restaurant maintains its reputation for exceptional cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Chef to showcase their talent and make their mark in the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new menus and dishes that reflect our restaurant's concept and style
  2. Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
  3. Train, coach, and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
  4. Ensure all food safety standards are followed in the kitchen at all times
  5. Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions
  6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment
  2. Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  3. Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary:

1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
